Ik moet reageren op de wind, de golfslag voelen en mijn balans bewaren. Het &#8216;spelen&#8217; met de elementen dwingt me om in het nu te zijn. De rest van de wereld bestaat even niet; er is alleen de wind, het water en mijn beweging.
